Modern European restaurant Arcane headed by Australian chef Shane Osborn is a famous restaurant in Hong Kong which opened in November 2014. Using seasonal ingredients from Japan, France, and the United Kingdom, the Aussie Chef creates culinary masterpieces capturing the essence of the modern European food to offer locals and tourists the fullness of the local European food scene.

Yu Bao Xuan located in Tsim Sha Tsui, specializes in Chinese Dim Sum and Chinese cuisine made with fresh seafood and other ingredients. It’s the first high-ranking Hong Kong restaurant by the Singapore Yubao Group which opened last year. Formerly known as Wagyu Kaiseki Den, Japanese restaurant Kaiseki Den by Saotome specializes on the Kaiseki cuisine – a traditional multi-course dinner in Japan. The restaurant is run by Chef Saotome who has 30 years of culinary experience.
