Blackbird, one of the romantic restaurants located in the heart of Makati is an Aviation-inspired dining destination that boasts upscale interiors and contemporary European and Asian dishes. It is located at the Nielsen Tower in the Ayala Triangle Gardens and was named after the fastest air-breathing manned aircraft.
