There is no better way to begin or conclude a culture-filled Bangkok travel experience by starting and ending it with local Thailand food! But where to start, you ask? Unravelling Thai cuisines begin once you step out of your Bangkok hotel. While the never-ending list of restaurants featured in Thailand travel blogs can be a little overwhelming, we are here to direct you straight to one of the finest ones in the city!
Located at the lively Ekkamai Soi 10, Melange Restaurant is one of the Bangkok attractions where guests can dine local home-cooked Thailand food and Western classics. It is owned by Anthony Kranepuhl who once worked at the sidelines at Four Seasons Hotel.
Focusing their menu on classic Western cuisines and Thai local food, portions of dishes such as Four Cheese Pizza and Oven-Baked Mussels with Garlic Butter and Parmesan Cheese are good for sharing. Single-served dishes like Namprik Platoo and Spaghetti Carbonara are available too.
